Mapei Mapefloor MF a (6mm polyurethane resin floor topping) along with epoxy coving have been used throughout Dairy works production area. After the Christchurch earthquakes Armourcrete have been completing epoxy injection and concrete repairs then applying Mapei Mapefloor MF with a non slip surface.

Armourcrete have been applying resin flooring to the production areas for Dairy Works for 6 years and have seen the vinyl being replaced in their boot exchange multiple times.

After assessing the needs of the client Armourcrete decided to use Mapei Mapefloor I320 SL with an epoxy cove, often known as a liquid vinyl. Mapei Mapefloor I320 SL was applied over 5 day old concrete that Armourcrete placed to create falls in the floor. Mapei Mapefloor I320SL is easy to clean, seamless and hard wearing.
